Within the time that I’ve known her, Jen blasted her way up from selling merch into tour managing our whole band and crew within a year. She’s a boss when she has to be, kick ass at organization and planning, and is always eager to take on the big jobs and learn from those around her. She’ll even join in on round robin Mario Kart if she has to.

Well, Jen Ochej is the girl who remembers their name, SIN#, and what font they're supposed to use, not to mention cueing them on all their lyrics, weirdo tunings, and where they're supposed to be tomorrow and for the next week. Seriously, she knows how the grants work, she knows how long Rose Cousins' fingernails are, Don Brownrigg's birthday AND his mother's (in case he forgets), and she knows what the hell you need.
